At our pediatrician appointment on Monday, Dr. Poole mentioned that she had another patient with some of the same issues as Caitlyn. She put us in touch with her mother, and we met her and her daughter last night. Amber showed us how to bathe Caitlyn in the bathtub, which was really nice. Up until now, we've just been sponge-bathing her. She also gave us lots of their leftover supplies. Her daughter was in a colostomy bag for 18 months, and has been through so much. They have so much strength and knowledge about these issues, and were a huge help. I hope that we will be able to stay in touch with their family.
Okay, before I sign off, I thought I would post a couple of new pictures.
